Meet Our Staff
Dr. Thomas A. Martin
Thomas Martin graduated from the Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. After college he worked in dental research at UB, studying the chemical pathway relationship between periodontal disease and osteoporosis. As a research technician in the dental school, he had the opportunity to work alongside other dentists doing both clinical and research dentistry. He found that working with people was more rewarding than experimentation in test tubes, and applied to the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Martin received a research grant from the biopharmaceutical corporation Pfizer to study gene activation of bone cells and their subsequent attachment to various dental materials. Following graduation in 2007, he completed his residency program at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After completing his residency training, he returned home to Buffalo to establish his private practice.
Dr. Martin is an established dentist at two offices in Buffalo. He divides his time between West Seneca Smiles and Concierge Dental Group, located in Williamsville. He provides excellent restorative, surgical, endodontic, and cosmetic treatment to all his patients in a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. After helping people perfect their smiles, Dr. Martin enjoys relaxing with friends and family, cooking, mountain biking, and spending time with his dog Merle.
